Weekly rates are for a "Saturday to Saturday" stay, and for the maximum parties noted for each house. Balance and a $300 refundable security deposit is due prior to start of rental. |

Cancellation
Policy

| If a reservation is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date, payments will be refunded if the property can be rented to another party. A $50 administrative fee will be retained for each cancellation. There are no refunds for cancellations within 3 weeks of scheduled arrival. | ||||||||
